Privacy notice
Loch & Meadow Holdings LLC is preparing this notice for the Household Reset founding beta. It explains the practical, data-minimizing approach we intend to use.
What we collect
We collect the delivery email and the household-context responses you choose to provide through the intake, plus transaction information supplied by the checkout platform for a completed purchase. We ask you not to submit account numbers, passwords, Social Security numbers, detailed medical information, payment details, or similarly sensitive information.
How we use it
We use information only to verify a purchase, create and deliver the Household Reset, provide customer support, and—only if you separately opt in—send one two-week feedback follow-up. We do not sell personal information or use intake responses for unrelated advertising.
Sharing and security
We share information only with service providers needed to run checkout, hosting, and delivery, or when required by law. We use reasonable administrative and technical measures designed to protect information, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Retention and requests
We keep intake information only as long as reasonably needed to create, deliver, support, and improve the beta, subject to legal or operational needs. To request access, correction, or deletion of information you submitted, email team@loch-meadow.madethis.app.
