These draft terms describe the planned Household Reset founding beta offered by Loch & Meadow Holdings LLC. They will be finalized before checkout opens.
The beta service
The Household Reset is a personalized digital organizational resource. A completed purchase is followed by an intake, then manual tailoring and email delivery of an editable document and PDF. The beta is limited to five households and is planned for delivery within five business days after a complete intake.
Your responsibilities
Please provide accurate, non-sensitive information that you have the right to share. Do not submit passwords, account numbers, Social Security numbers, detailed medical information, payment details, or similarly sensitive information. You remain responsible for decisions and actions taken using the delivered materials.
Not professional advice
The Household Reset provides general organization support only. It is not financial, legal, medical, tax, mental-health, emergency, or other regulated professional advice, and it does not replace qualified professional support.
Digital and personalized materials
Because the beta is personalized and delivered digitally, the scope of any changes, cancellations, or refunds will be explained before purchase and considered in light of applicable law. Nothing in these draft terms is intended to limit rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
